Kids are fickle minded-but its good

Adhu has started to adjust to her school. 2 weeks back when i went to her school for 'rhymes session' the teachers tagged her as a cry baby and even the nanny's there felt bad for my incessant crying daughter. her Ma'am in fact asked me to pin a big hand kerchief in her dress as she cries throughout making us a worried lot
But last week when Arvind went for the same session, she indeed received good reviews and to my surprise, her Ma'am had written good review in her diary which we missed it out.
Even now though the brat creates a rucus while getting ready to school, she is all blooming and cheerful when she nears her bus. Like today brat took 45 minutes to drink her milk. i really wanted to spank her and shove the milk down her throat but somehow patience prevailed and i got her ready but her crankiness turned
Thank God -he saved us nayyy the baby

Lovely gal

My Mom got loads of ballons for Adhu from our apartment club house. Today , while asking (read shouting) Adhu to eat her food properly ,i happen to hit my leg in the sofa table as the ballons blocked my way and Adhu promptly said 'Amma unga kala idichicha, cha, naan baloona anga vaikaren (amma, it hit your leg ,i'll keep the ballons somewhere) saying which she took the ballons and kept it another room.
I was totally moved. she annoys me so many times and her sweet lil good traits are off in the air when she sees her food. But still this incident made me feel so proud of my lil cutie at home. Love you to every bits my lovely lil darling

Adhu's new cousin

Adhu is blessed with another kutti cousin. Jonah-SIL's son. Baby looks cute and adorable.feel like hugging him straight away.
Jonah

While Adhu's vanaja paati -my MIL is there helping SIL with her new born.Amma-ur own bunny rabbit misses you a lot

Nursery days and other issues

Advitha hates her school to be precise and is at her non-cooperative best. she has to get started at 7.45 AM and we need to atleast shove in a cup of pediasure before she leaves. Thanks to Dora, stuart little and handy manny we are able to give that cup of milk and a bath to her. but to send her off in a crying mode is so pathetic.
We just wish it is the teething problems of going to a big school away from the cozy atmosphere of home, language problems with the entire crowd speaking Hindi and long hours of separation from home (8 to 1 PM) and she eventually likes going to her new school. Not because we paid a bomb for the school but for her own enjoyment as well
Everyday i just have a lump in my throat when i send my kiddo to school and i think it's the same with all moms and here i wish the best of luck and sweet days for all the tiny tots who has just started school. Luv you all kiddos

The Nursery chronicles

Yes,Adhu started  nursery in a big bang school, she was initially all excited about the big campus, travel to and fro in school bus. we thought it would be a smooth sail without knowing what was in store for us in the forthcoming days
Ok, let me start with the first day details (thanks to other mommy bloggers for this idea)
What was Advitha wearing?
A cute orange tee and shorts which was specially picked up for the day and a v.cute pink barbie shoes

                                              first day at school
What did she eat before leaving?
Pedia sure and egg which went in woth absolutely no issues
Who dropped her?
Me and Arvind in our Alto car
What happened during the first day?
Adhu was whisked away .She was in Nursery-G section and inevitably she cried throughout the session while me and arvind waited outside

Connor trip

After my last day from previous work place, arvind decided to take us for a nice break and this time it was to Taj-Conoor-such a beautiful place, adhu was treated like a princess there
Highlights
-this is the first time that i went to a place after Adhu's birth w/o induction stove, utensils, daal, rice, tamaring et al for Adhu's food. she enjoyed the grand buffet and devoured the rice noodles, naan and desserts varities
-the highlight was the two hour travel in the ooty train. All of us enjoyed it while i recollected the times i went with my parents
-then we also sighted elephants, deers enroute to ooty in mudumalai forest
overall a nice,cozy,sweet trip
-Above all Adhu was a doll co-operated a ton most of the time
